RETURN POLICY

Need To Make A Return?

Returns will be store credit only if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order and 14 days after purchase in store. After this time frame, you item would not be eligible for a return.

Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled. Store credit does not expire. Submit a return request through our email info@shophoneyandhope.com

PLEASE NOTE: Should you wish to make a return, please ensure your items meet our eligibility requirements (listed below) and send your return to the address below.

Return Eligibility Requirements

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up, spray tan, and damage free. Any washed items will not be eligible for a return. 
  • Original tags must be attached & intact.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS + SEASONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL
  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
    • Items in our sale tabs.
    • Intimates (i.e. Self Adhesive Bras)
    • Shoes
    • Earrings and Jewelry 
    • Any type of head wear such as hats and beanies
    • Any items marked 25% off or more at time of sale
    • Gift cards
    • Seasonal Items
    • Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.

We do not allow exchanges, all items must be returned and repurchased if you wish to exchange.

HOW TO SEND BACK A RETURN:

    • Send back the return yourself, using whichever shipping method you prefer (address provided above)
    • The customer is responsible for cost of return label 
    • Must be postmarked or dropped off at a pick-up location within 7 days of receiving the order. 
    • Ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
    • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
  • Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $6 up to $40 depending on original purchase price of the item or items).

Please note: Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor or device resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

 Honey and Hope Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking notification has been sent and the package has been picked up from our store, all issues with shipping fall on the carrier. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If your tracking status says "delivered" and the package is not there, wait a day or so to see if the delivery status was updated by USPS a day early (it happens!)
